We're a passionate bunch at Creative Juice, and all of us want to live our best lives — at work and at home. We think people do their best work when they have the flexibility to have full lives outside of work and also feel safe communicating openly and being themselves at work. We're big believers in integration: work and life happen at all times of the day, and we believe integration is a more sustainable path forward.

In order to do what makes sense, people need to feel safe asking questions to get to the "why." This is how people learn. As a company, we prioritize taking the time to both ask and answer the “why," because we know we're all better for it.

We <3 team retreats and believe in the value of IRL collabs. We strive for 1-2 team retreats per year and encourage you to visit a coworker in their city, on us!
Unlimited PTO to live our fullest lives outside of work! We all take at least two weeks a year for self-care and adventuring.

How we work
Our team spans from New York to Hawaii, and many places in between. We're primarily a remote culture, but we're also building flexible 'hub spaces' for team members who do their best work outside of home.
We work to build strong bonds cross-functionally with team standups and retreats. While video has its place, we're also mindful of Zoom fatigue and timezones. Phone calls, text messages and Slack are just as utilized internally, encouraging spontaneous connection to coexist with remote work.
We believe people do their best work when they're trusted to be responsible and accountable. Our benefits are designed to help you live your best life.
