Though creators are building large businesses that are reshaping our economy, they are not well understood by traditional financial services. 

This leaves creators without basic business tooling like bank accounts, capital, and other tooling -- despite the fact that they’re an increasingly material part of our economy. We believe creators need a system that understands them and their business needs.

Creative Juice is looking for a Creator Partnerships lead to join our growing team as we continue to invest in creator businesses. This team is focused on investing in creators through our financial products, which gives creators capital to juice up their growth. Our first investment vehicle, Juice Funds, is distributing millions to creators of all sizes, partnering with legends like MrBeast on the selection process. This means you’ll work through the lifecycle of the investment, from vetting creators to helping defining terms.

You will:

  • Grow outreach funnel through cold & warm outbound campaigns to creators and talent managers; evaluate the creator investment opportunity on introductory calls using our partnership and investment criteria
  • Ideate innovative tactics to reach out to new potential qualified creators 
  • Build trust among prospects to understand creators needs when it comes to funding and growing their business
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM to provide accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by giving feedback on creators needs and pain points to help shape great products and identify areas of opportunity to improve the experience on Creative Juice

Nice to haves:

  • +1 year of customer-facing and direct sales experience in the creator industry 
  • Experience with a CRM and the ability to handle a healthy pipeline while maintaining a high attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills that allow you to develop rapport quickly and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platform ecosystems (e.g., viewers, partners, advertisers, etc.)  and monetization tools that support creator monetization and distribution (e.g. measurement, brand tools, CPMs, RPMs etc.)
  • Team player who is comfortable with ambiguity, and with evolving the role as the company evolves
  • High sense of excitement about growing the creator economy and big curiosity in the creator economy and desire to understand it deeper to make a lasting impact in this space

The company is growing quickly, and every month looks different. You’ll spend a lot of time working across the team, helping plug holes and driving various initiatives forward. You’ll also get a ton of exposure to creators.

And, this is really important, in addition to your day to day responsibilities you’ll also help build this company. As an early member of the core team, you will play a key role in this company’s future through the values you exercise to the folks you help hire. We have the opportunity to build a special company that reflects the creators we serve, and we want to do it with people that are also excited about that.
