The Creative Juice Partner Program (or the “Program”) allows you to get cash back rewards from Content Finance, Inc. (“Creative Juice,” we” or “us”) when you register your Creative Juice-branded Business Deposit Account (the “Account”) and associated Creative Juice Money VISA Business Debit card (“Card”), made available by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., a national bank with its main office in Luray, Virginia, through Creative Juice, and use the Card or Account to make eligible purchases at participating online retail partners (“Partners”). These Creative Juice Partner Program Terms of Use, together with Creative Juice’s Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, set forth the terms and conditions (“Creative Juice Partner Program Terms”) that apply to your use of and access to the Program. To the extent there is a conflict between the Creative Juice Terms of Use, the Website Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the provision in these Creative Juice Terms of Use will govern solely to the extent of such conflict.

This Program is offered to you by Creative Juice. Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. is not affiliated with the Program and does not administer it.

Creative Juice is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are made available to eligible businesses and provided by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you authorize Creative Juice to act on your behalf in accessing financial transaction data held by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. related to your Account and associated Card (“Transaction Data”) for Creative Juice to (1) confirm a qualifying purchase’s eligibility for a cash back reward; (2) calculate your cash back reward; (3) maintain data in connection with operating the Program; (4) analyze data for the improvement and optimization of the Program; and (4) for any other purposes permitted by law, but in all cases in accordance with the Creative Juice Partner Program Terms. 

We may share your Transaction Data, in anonymized and/or aggregated form only, with our Partners solely to help them monitor the performance of the Program and fulfill their obligations to us.

Your Transaction Data will otherwise be treated in accordance with our Creative Juice Privacy Policy, available at [LINK], but in no event will Transaction Data will be shared with any nonaffiliated third parties, including our Partners, for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of the Program at any time in accordance with Section 8: How to Opt Out of the Program.

1. Card Eligibility. The payment card network participating in the Creative Juice Partner Program is Visa.

2. Earning Limitations. There is a $250 cashback limit per transaction and a total of $599.99 eligible cashback total per user over the lifetime of the Card.

3. Reward Redemption. Cash back rewards will be deposited to your registered Account only, and you authorize us to initiate a credit to your Account (or initiate a debit in order to correct an error) by electronic fund transfer. You are unable to receive your cash back reward through any other means. The reward will not appear or be reflected on your transaction receipt from the Partner at the time of purchase. Rewards are subject to verification and final settlement of the qualifying transaction. Verified rewards will be deposited to your Account on a quarterly basis but may be subject to delay.

4. Creative Juice-branded Bank Account and Debit Card Requirement. Creative Juice Partner Program participants must have an active Account and Card in order to receive cash back reward. Only transactions that are used with a registered Card are eligible for a cash back reward. If you cancel your Account, or your Account is closed, for any reason before your cash back reward is deposited to your Account, you will forfeit such cash back reward.

5. Creative Juice Partner Program Term and Eligible Partner Changes. Creative Juice Partner Program Terms and eligible Partners may change at any time and Creative Juice is not liable for these changes. Creative Juice may at any time add or remove a Partner from the Creative Juice Partner Program. Any purchases made with a Partner after that Partner has been removed from the Creative Juice Partner Program will not be eligible for a cash back reward. Purchases made with a Partner prior to that Partner’s removal will remain eligible for a cash back reward even if the Partner is removed prior to the cash back reward being deposited in your Account.

6. Creative Juice Partner Program cash back and rewards cannot be utilized multiple times across the same user with different accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability.
   TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, CREATIVE JUICE AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING BLUE RIDGE BANK, N.A., PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CREATIVE JUICE AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS, DO NOT WARRANT THE DATA, CONTENT, ANALYTICS, FEATURES, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRANSACTION DATA OR USER SUBMISSIONS OR OTHER DATA PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS, TO BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, USEFUL, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
   UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CREATIVE JUICE OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS OR PAYMENT PROCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF PROGRAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
   IN NO EVENT WILL CREATIVE JUICE OR ITS AFFILIATES’, CONTRACTORS’, EMPLOYEES’, AGENTS’, OR THIRD PARTY PARTNERS’ OR SUPPLIERS’, INCLUDING BLUE RIDGE BANK, N.A., PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS’ AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS’, TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE LESSER OF YOUR LIFETIME CREATIVE JUICE PARTNER PROGRAM EARNINGS OR $599.99.

8. How to Opt-Out of the Creative Juice Partner Program or Unlink a Card. To opt out of the Creative Juice Partner Program and unlink your Cards, you must follow the steps below:
   
   1) Please email us at support@getjuice.com 
   2) Confirm you want to unlink your debit card.
   3) You must repeat this process for every debit card you wish to unlink.
